At CarGym, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your CarGym account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
